Growth in the Land Sales Business, Sometimes Painful but Always Rewarding - article image

Growth? it?s wonderful and painful all at the same time. Any good business will have growing pains and while it takes a little bit of doing to get over the pains the outcome is always wonderful. Our business has been going through a growth spurt. We have hired new agents and expanded into different areas and we plan to do more of that in the near future.

Our most recent addition is covering the Vidalia/Lyons and surrounding areas. He has much experience working with people and in leadership. He is none other than Senator Tommie Williams. While he will be retiring as Senator in January of 2017, he will continue to be a leader in his community. He owns several businesses and serves on the transportation committee. We know that adding Senator Williams to our team will be an asset as he has a great skill set and proves to be very personable and knowledgeable in his areas of expertise.

So we continue to grow and we continue to look for quality agents to join our team. We eventually want to cover all of Georgia. We strive to do excellent work and provide what our customers and clients need, always working with integrity and selling properties of value. We strive to know our clients well enough that we understand what they are looking for in a piece of property and then we endeavor to match our clients with the perfect piece of dirt. And we are looking for agents who want to work with this same integrity, who possess a strong work ethic, and who prove willing to travel the extra mile for their clients.

If you have considered being in land sales, now might be the time to venture out and get in touch with us. We are looking for agents all across Georgia and Carter Group may just be the right fit for you! Get in touch today and lets talk a bit. We?d love to get to know you!
